Telford 10K - Sunday 11th December 2022
Statistically proven as the fastest 10k course in the UK, the Telford 10K is returning in 2022. This is a generally flat 2 lap traffic free tarmac out and back course using Telford Town Park, as well as the Silkin Way.
Incorporating the 2022 England 10k Championships, the England Athletics Age Group Masters Qualifying event, and Inter-Area Match
The event is open to runners of all abilities and particularly those wishing to achieve a personal best time

Location: Race HQ at the Telford International Centre (Sat Nav Postcode TF3 4JH). Parking at various Telford shopping centre car parks (£1 all day charge)

Start times:
Wave 1. 10.30am. All Elite Men (28,29,30 min) and earlier online entries of Sub 40 minute Men (30 to 40 min)
Wave 2. 11.10am. All Elite Ladies, and further 30 to 40 min Men & Ladies online entries
Wave 3. 11.50am. Masses over 38 minutes to 90 minutes+ (Men & Ladies) -
Distance: 10K Run (Sorry course not suitable for wheelchairs)

Elite Entries: Elite athletes with qualifying times below, please contact us for automatic entry to Wave 1 for Men, Wave 2 for Ladies. We will allow any sub 32 minute ladies to run in wave 1 if they wish to.

Event Cancellation Policy: If the event should have to be postponed (due to adverse weather conditions, ice, fallen trees, medical team being unable to arrive at the event etc), all entrants will be automatically transferred to a rearranged date on 8th January 2023. If the event should have to be cancelled due to either national or local Covid restrictions entrants will be entitled to a refund of their entry fee, less the Active Training World £1 booking fee which is non-refundable
