The 42nd Wrekin Fell Race & Ercall Hill Races

Under FRA Rules

On Sunday 22nd March 2020

Wrekin Fell Race is 5.5 miles with 1700' ascent. An out and back marked course over the Ercall & Wrekin hills tracks with some steep climbs & descents.

All the races start and finish at Ercall Wood Academy, Golf Links Lane, Wellington TELFORD TF1 2TD.

1:25,000 GR SJ653106 (M54 J7 from the west or J6 from the East).

11am Wrekin Fell Race 5.5 miles / 1700 feet of climb. ( minimum age 16 years on the day. )

FRA Category A Short.
Incorporating the final race in the Shropshire Winter Series.

As this is a FRA Category A Short race FRA Safety Kit may be required dependent on weather conditions.

Under 13 Boys & Under 13 Girls - 2.25 miles and 416 feet of climb
(Under 13’s must be over 11 on the day.)
Under 15 Boys & Under 15 Girls - 2.25 miles and 416 feet of climb
Under 17 Boys & Under 17 Girls - 2.25 miles and 416 feet of climb
(All ages as on 31st December 2020)
